Mega Bummer

Mega Bummer

by Steve Napierski to Comics

Now I bet Mega Man wished he was born a Cylon.

I was just going through the archives for content tagged Mega Man and I realized that besides my Rejected Mega Man Villains and Mavericks, I have created very little original content pertaining to Mega Man. This might not seem like a big deal, but seeing as the Mega Man series has always been one of my favorite franchises you’d think it would be the opposite. There are definitely tons of opportunities for humor from this series (Bob and George, anyone?), I just never explored them.

So nine days from the beginning of a new year, I’m going to make a early New Years resolution that I am going to make a conscious effort to create more Mega Man related content in 2014.

Wow, someone else who remembers Bob and George. I read that comic almost religiously before it finally ended. It was very convoluted but very fun.

That was one of my regular reads as well. Disappointed when it ended.

I remember Bob and George, too. I caught it during its final six months, catching up on seven years of comics during school hours (thank you, inattentive teachers in computer classes).
