Rejected Mega Man Villains II [ COMIC ]
What can I say about Mega Man (a.k.a. Rockman in Japan) that I didn’t already cover in the previous Rejected Mega Man Villains? Not much, so just read the notes from that strip and then associate it with this one.
I just want to note, that when I put this together I did not have the thought of how many different groups of the populous could I upset with this strip… that was just an added bonus.
