Good news, is that there’s a brand new Grand Theft Auto game coming out. Bad news, is that it’s somewhere we have already been before: San Andreas. Don’t get me wrong, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is my favorite of the series, but I was kind of hoping for somewhere new. Also, judging by the trailer looks like we’re going to see a modern day San Andreas. Here’s hoping we can at least learn what happened to Carl “CJ” Johnson: my favorite of the GTA protagonists.

Interesting slightly related note…I used to own an NES that displayed some games incorrectly. One of the games it would display incorrectly was Mega Man 2. On stages like Air Man and Bubble Man the backgrounds were not blue but black. I should have been really upset, but one the advantages of this flaw was that it also showed the location of hidden content because those sprites still retained their blue backgrounds. So this allowed me to know where the hidden platforms were before they appeared. Just thought I’d share.
