With how much the Diablo III servers were going down on launch, if this was the case the world should be full of eunuchs.
*kick to the balls*
Yep, sounds about right.
“Blizzard used to be a company I trusted, and now they’re the first company I’ve specifically decided never to make a purchase from again. I saw this kind of mess coming, and it’s more of a trainwreck than I thought it would be. At this point, the greed and stupidity of these companies is just ridiculous and I can’t believe people put up with that level of bullshit.”
NerfNow had a pretty good comic on the theft going on, which seems even worse than crashy servers:
It’s a big problem when people can hack into your account and clean you out. Especially in a game I just want to play solo or with a few friends. And in a game like Diablo 3, getting hacked is devastating. Starcraft 2 has no items of worth to lose if you get hacked, but in Diablo 3 your character and possessions are your everything.
Not interested in playing D3 — too much time would be wasted in a fragile, buggy, insecure game with no guarantees. Against the other games I could be playing instead, it’s nothing.
