Different subject… What the hell Sony? First we learn that over ten million accounts for the Playstation Network were comprimised [1]. Then we find out that almost thirteen thousand credit cards were stolen from Sony Online Entertainment [2]. Next we discover that Sony knew about the Playstation Network attack six days before they reported it [3]. And do you really want to know what the kicker for all of this is? We’re not going to do a damn thing about it.

Seriously, we are so used to our information being passed around the internet that we feel this just sort of goes with the territory. The Playstation Network might lose some of it’s members, but people will still use it and still conduct online transactions just as they always have. WTF?

Personally I feel sorry for 3D Realms. Not because they haven’t released the game yet. But because every year that goes by people’s expectations grow and the standard of quality increases. It would have been much better for them if the game would have been released before the Halos, Bioshock, the Metroid Primes and Gears of War. Here’s hoping they’re still up for the challenge and the game doesn’t become another vaporware.

I want to remind people that Dueling Analogs has a really cool forum with a really swell bunch of blokes. I really like talking to current members (trust me I do talk to them as I am the top poster in the forum), but I think it would be even better if we increased the numbers. So do me a favor, join the forum and become an active member. And remember, you can’t enjoy sex if you don’t have an active member… unless you’re lesbians and then you should still join the forum.
