Maybe you shouldn’t share everything on Facebook

In the United States of America today is Labor Day. Now much like Moving Day in Quebec, a day where the majority of renters who are going to move do in fact move to their new tenements, here in the U.S. it is the day that the majority of women give birth to children. Yes I know, it does seem like quite a difficult feat when you factor in menstrual cycles, gestation periods and potential unforeseen circumstances. But somehow they’ve figured out how to keep doing it year after year since it’s original celebration on September 5, 1882. Nonetheless, for all the women giving birth today I wish them a Happy Labor Day!

Penny Arcade recently got some flak for making a joke that included rape. Thank God I’m nowhere near the size of Penny Arcade, because if I was I think I would have heard something for this comic (I actually feel I made some valid points in the news post for that comic, so please take a chance to read it).

Now some of you may be thinking, “Dueling Analogs is a gaming comic. What does a Facebook joke have to do with gaming?” I have one word for you: Farmville. To which some of you may respond, “But this comic has nothing to do with Farmville.” To which I respond, “Who said it didn’t?”
