Okay, these are actually some interesting statistics. Six hundred thirty-one miles of code? That’s pretty mind-boggling.
How are they measuring code? Wouldn’t the length depend on the font size?
And word spacing, and screen magnification, because there’s really never a reason to actually print out code.
Determining code per mile seems like a perfectly legitimate reason to print out code.
I’m hoping they actually printed out all that code on a 631 foot long piece of ticker tape. That’s the only way to measure it correctly :)
