Personally, I remember when I had neglected my town in Animal Crossing for a few weeks and then I finally remembered about it I was so worried of confronting the creatures in the town that I never played it again. Sad, but true.

Very true, I’ve had exactly the same thing. Actually I was worried that the citizens that I liked would have moved away more than anything else, probably.
I also missed my aquarium when I sold all my fish. Having not logged in to my town on the DS for a good couple of years now, I dare not think what state it is in.
What tune did you set for the doorbells and such?
