No Signal

by Steve Napierski to Comics

Smartphones are the beginning of humanity becoming cyborgs. With them, no matter where we go, as long as we can get a signal we have access to countless data/information and the ability to communicate with others around the world all in the palm of our hands. With wearable technology, like Google Glass, we come even closer to having the technology implanted into us. Because seriously, who would rather reach into their pockets, pull out a device, swipe it, and then navigate to an application to use when you could just blink.

Google glass was severely nerfed by the marketing division of Google. I should have been an actual heads up display, giving you constant time, weather, and social media updates into both eyes, preferably by way of your android phone, but they knocked it down to one eye, with a difficult interface, and an ungodly price for what you get.

Glass is basically the proof and product of capitalism unbound. Low quality and high price. It should be something so much more.
