I feel bad for Pikachu because Elesa has to of those flying rats and I HATE THEM SO MUCH because my rock/ground Drilbur is so slow they spam Double Team to no end. *sighs*

Ash is forgetting Pikachu can Surf, which is cooler than Flying as it gets you surfer chicks.
I think my new favorite Electric-type is the zebra thing. I don’t know if it’s actually any good as I haven’t played Pokemon since Leaf Green.
