Another Castle: The Joke

June 7th, 2010

I’ve been creating Dueling Analogs for almost five years now. And during that time I have, of course, done the Super Mario Bros.‘ “princess is in another castle” joke. If fact, today’s comic marks the fifth sixth (Thanks, Fenrir!) time I’ve made that joke.

Medici: The DaVinci Journals

June 4th, 2010

Alas, Medici: The DaVinci Journals is not an actual game but merely brilliant pixel art done by Jalonso. You can view more of his awesome work including art for a Salvador Dali platformer and an Hieronymus Bosch RPG called Plagued over at his portfolio site.

Yoichi Wada, CEO of Square-Enix, tweeted that a Final Fantasy VII remake would take a ridiculously longer amount of time to finish developing than Final Fantasy XIII. Yoichi Wada: We get this question all the time from lots of countries. At this level of quality it took us 3-4 years to finish FF13, but if [...]

Webcomics – Change You Can Believe In

May 27th, 2010

No, I’m not talking about how much webcomic artists make off of their endeavors. I’ve already discussed that before. No I’m discussing the ever changing world of webcomics.
